Shipping Rates

Orders to post office boxes are dispatched via Canada Post Expedited Parcel (Standard) and Canada Post Xpresspost (Express). All orders to Yukon Territory, Northwest Territory, and Nunavut are dispatched via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.

Return policy

You may initiate a return for unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of the shipping date to receive a refund to your original method of payment. Please note: a return postage fee (outlined below) will be deducted from your refund amount.

Warranty

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every Jonathon Hawes piece. If you’re not completely satisfied upon receiving your item—or if it should fail over time due to a fault in materials or workmanship—we’re happy to offer a repair or replacement, at our discretion. Please note: this guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, or the natural wear and patina that comes with time and well-loved use. Because we believe beautiful things should be made to last—and thoughtfully looked after along the way.

Pre-orders

We’re pleased to provide an estimated shipping date at the time of your order; however, please note that timing may shift slightly. On occasion, items may ship a bit earlier—or take just a little longer—due to supply chain variations beyond our control. Once your item arrives at our studio, it will be on its way to you within 1–3 business days, depending on your selected delivery method.
