Jonathon’s Berry Salad with Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing
This fresh, vibrant berry salad is everything you want in a summer dish—juicy, sweet, tangy, and just the right amount of elegance. Perfect for brunches, desserts, or any excuse to showcase summer’s bounty.
Ingredients
  • 2 cups diced strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • Juice and zest of ½ a lemon
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (your choice—honey adds a lovely floral touch)
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Directions

Step 1: Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey (or maple syrup), and poppy seeds until smooth and combined.

Step 2: Prepare the Berries
Place the strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries in a large serving bowl.
